Clause 1
Use Refairn only for legitimate SaaS partner programs tied to real customer acquisition, support, and retention.
Clause 2
Do not create recruitment-based reward schemes, misleading earnings claims, or programs that resemble multi-level marketing.
Clause 3
Businesses are responsible for their program rules, approved claims, customer data handling, payout decisions, and local compliance.
Clause 4
Agents must follow each business workspace's training, marketing policies, support boundaries, and escalation rules.
